The "Supplementary Risk Assessment" can be used as a training tool for the personnel. It can be sent (via email, Bluetooth, WiFi Direct.) to the user.
The user has to mark the tasks that are considered high risk and those that are not. The application will then report the results to the user. The user can then check the completed tasks and send the results to the personnel that need to be informed.
The user has the option to add comments for each task in order to explain the reason why it is considered high or low risk. The user can then save the completed checklist as a PDF and send it to the personnel that need to be informed.
